Global Financial Crime & Conduct Audit Lead

Payward is seeking a senior auditor to lead the global financial crime and conduct audit program. You will evaluate controls across AML/CFT, sanctions, anti-bribery, and market integrity, spanning multiple jurisdictions and regulatory regimes.

You will own scope and outcomes, partner with Internal Audit leadership, and shape multi-year plans while advancing AI-enabled auditing techniques to improve efficiency and risk targeting.
