Global Finance Leadership Rotations Program

AbbVie invites graduates to join the 2027 Accounting & Finance Development Program (AFDP), a four-rotation, two-year track designed to build leadership and technical skills across finance domains.

Rotations include Westport, Ireland Operations and several international sites, with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You'll develop across Commercial, Corporate, and FP&A functions in a dynamic, global setting.
