Global Field Marketing Lead - Events & Growth

Equals Group PLC is expanding its events-led marketing. The Field Marketing Lead will own the global events programme, working with Marketing and Commercial teams to build, operationalise and report on a calendar of conferences, hosted events and VIP dinners with revenue generation as a core KPI.

The role reports into the Marketing Director and requires leadership of a small team, strong stakeholder management, and experience delivering international events across multiple regions.
