Global Event Workforce Lead (Merchandise Ops)

STICHD is seeking a senior operations leader to drive workforce planning and control for trackside merchandise operations at Formula 1 events worldwide. You will coordinate freelancers, temporary staff, and internal teams, managing agency partnerships and ensuring compliant, efficient staffing across regions.

You will develop tools, govern accreditation processes, and support travel/visa requirements while keeping budgets in check and delivering best-in-class fan experiences.
