Global Employment Lawyer - Strategic Advisor to HR Leaders

Kingsley Green Recruitment partners with a global client to recruit an experienced Employment Legal Counsel in England. This role is for an England & Wales qualified solicitor with 3-6 years' PQE to join a dynamic, international business.

You will provide practical employment law advice to senior leaders and HR teams across multiple jurisdictions, cover the employee lifecycle, manage relationships with external counsel, and help shape policy and governance in a fast-moving environment.
