Global Employee Relations Architect - Strategy, Playbooks & AI

is looking for an experienced Employee Relations Manager to design and build scalable ER systems, policies and tooling for the People team, with back-up support for complex or sensitive cases.

The role emphasises strategy, governance and capability building, embedding AI-enabled workflows, and operating across global ER with a London focus. 3 days in office is expected as part of the arrangement.
