Global Delivery Director

The Global Delivery Director will be responsible for the operational delivery, governance and development of the allocated accounts throughout the globe.
Acting as the point of contact and escalation route for senior customers this role will provide strategic leadership to the country operational and sales teams, day to day operational governance and oversight of the P&L and budget to ensure delivery of the contractual KPI's.
What you'll be doing- Manage and develop strategic relationships with assigned key clients liaising with procurement and operational contacts.
- Manage and develop the relationship with the Adecco in country leadership to ensure seamless operations for these key clients.
- Ensure Operational Delivery of the contractual KPIs as well as delivery in line with P&L targets.
- Development and delivery of the strategic account plans for assigned accounts.
- Delivery Hub management and development in allocated geography in coordination with the Head/s of Delivery Hub for the owned accounts.
- Ensure rollout and compliance of Digital Roadmap.
- Ensure employee related processes are managed in line with the Human Resources rules and regulations in the geographies for the Clients liaising with respective HR and other enabling functions.
- Governance of the marketing plan and a healthy and dynamic candidate pipeline
- Governance of the data quality and delivery in respective geographies.
- Building and maintaining succession plans for all internal key roles that is critical to the delivery success for clients, in coordination with respective HR teams.
- Focus on not only maintaining market share in all contractual areas but also growth.
- Strategic ownership of critical to business internal employee groups' satisfaction and retention in partnership with HR.
- Strategic ownership of candidate NPS to ensure sustaining high satisfaction levels.
- Governance and ownership of new launch on sites.
- Fostering an inspiring and motivating working culture.

- Associate NPS results
- University graduate (preferably with a degree in the field of Management or Economics).
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience.
- Excellent project management skills in an international environment.
- Knowledge of business processes and ability to translate them into HR solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills at the highest management level.
- Conceptual and analytical skills supported by proactive and collaborative thinking with results orientation.
- Advanced level of English.
- Strategic planning and reasonable judgement.
- Ability to drive strong financial results and innovation.
- Experience and ability in leading a team, encouraging teamwork.
- Ability to collaborate at and with all levels required within job scope.
