Global Customer Success Manager: Onboarding & Growth

Emplifi seeks a Customer Success Manager to safeguard client relationships and maximize value across a defined account book. You will own onboarding processes, monitor product adoption, and drive renewal and expansion opportunities to sustain growth.

You will collaborate with the Accounts team to ensure high retention, timely renewals, and a proactive approach to client success across a diverse, international client base.
