We're seeking a dynamic Global CRM Campaign Specialist to support the delivery of CRM campaigns across lead generation, customer engagement, and retention. Your mission: drive customer value and help us hit our channel and business OKRs through data-driven, creative, and compliant CRM execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou'll be instrumental in shaping and executing global CRM campaigns. Your role will include:
- Collaboration: Partner with global CRM teams, local markets, and business units to align campaigns with organizational OKRs.
- Data & Insight: Use customer data to inform strategy, optimize performance, and tailor messaging to target audiences.
- End-to-End Delivery: Manage cross-market CRM campaigns using SFMC Content Builder or Taxi for Email, ensuring timely and impactful execution.
- Creativity: Craft compelling CRM copy and select aspirational imagery that aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Tools & Tech: Utilize platforms like SFMC, Taxi for Email, MovableInk, and Adobe Creative Cloud to enhance campaign quality and personalization.
- Compliance: Ensure all campaigns meet GDPR and local regulatory standards, safeguarding customer data with precision.
We're looking for a developing professional who brings both expertise and curiosity:
- University degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in global CRM campaign development (agency or client-side)
- English language required, Norwegian beneficial
- Proficiency in SFMC is essential
- Experience with tools like Taxi for Email, Litmus, Email on Acid, MovableInk is a plus
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop
- HTML and AMPscript knowledge desirable
- Ability to juggle multiple complex campaigns across markets
