Clio is the global leader in legal AI technology seeking a Lead Content Licensing Specialist to own and grow its licensing partner portfolio across the US and international markets. You will manage renewals, ensure compliance, and close new licensing deals to fill gaps by practice area or jurisdiction.

You will read complex licensing agreements, negotiate terms, and maintain long-term partner relationships while collaborating with Content, Product, and Legal teams.
