Global Compensation Partner - EMEA & APAC

Harvey is expanding its compensation function beyond the U.S. to support international markets, starting with EMEA and APAC. This role partners with People Business Partners, Recruiting, and leaders to shape competitive programs, equity strategies, and market-wide compensation decisions.

You will help Harvey navigate geographic differences, build scalable processes, and translate US practices in a global context while maintaining rigorous benchmarks and partner relationships across functions.
