GLOBAL COMMUNICATION & MARKETING SPECIALIST
Mission:
In this role, you will lead impactful marketing projects, coordinating their development, implementation, and rollout with internal teams, Bien-Air Europe and USA subsidiaries, and trusted external partners. You will collaborate with product managers, sales teams, and dental professionals to create powerful clinical and marketing messages that showcase unique strengths and clinical advantages. As the key liaison for Bien-Air markets, you will facilitate the exchange of information, resources, and brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive global presence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage marketing and communication projects: Coordinate the design, execution, and dissemination of projects in collaboration with internal teams, subsidiaries, and other service providers
- Create clinical and marketing content: In collaboration with product managers, sales teams, and practitioners, write compelling messages highlighting USPs and clinical benefits.
- Act as a liaison with Bien-Air markets: Serve as the primary contact for sharing information, materials, CI guidelines, etc.
- Collaborate closely with subsidiaries (Europe USA): Gather feedback from dentists and subsidiaries (visits, conferences, interviews, KOLs) to inform communication projects and co-create joint projects (websites, videos, testimonials, digital campaigns, webinars, academy)
- Produce and adapt communication materials: Produce and adapt various materials (flyers, PowerPoint presentations, videos) and ensure their consistency across all channels.
- Deploy marketing actions: Design and implement digital and physical campaigns to raise awareness, enhance visibility, and generate leads among practitioners
- Assist in social media management:Create posts aligned with the brand s visual identity, tailored to the specifics of each platform (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook), and engage with audiences to boost interaction
- Manage digital advertising campaigns: Oversee the creation, targeting, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Contribute to event coordination and management: Assist in overseeing exhibition projects in collaboration with the marketing team, contractors, and sales forces, while ensuring effective communication
- Track and analyze performance: Measure results through KPIs, prepare engagement reports, and propose adjustments to optimize campaign effectiveness
- Ensure brand consistency: Maintain uniformity of messages and aesthetics across all materials and channels
Your profile:
- Bachelor or master degree in communication, marketing, international business, or related fields
- First experience in international companies
- Fluent in English, you have good commands in French
- Ability to adapt messaging to target cultures
- Creating and delivering consistent and engaging brand narratives
- creating and distributing content suited for various platforms (blogs, social media, newsletters, etc.).
- Managing presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
- Being at ease in campaign design and problem-solving.
- Time management and prioritization (often working on multiple projects across different time zones)
