Global Commodities Legal Counsel: LNG, Shipping & Trading

Simmons & Hanbury seeks a Legal Counsel to join the London-based Legal, Compliance & Contracts team, drafting and negotiating physical commodity trading agreements and advising on compliance matters.

You will negotiate LNG, coal, power, ISDAs/derivatives and freight contracts, assess legal risk for the business, and train the wider team on ABC, competition law, AML and sanctions to keep trading operations compliant in fast-paced markets.
