Global Commercial Trade Lead - Wholesale & DTC

Dr. Martens is seeking a Sr. Manager, Commercial Trade to define and deliver the global trade strategy across Wholesale and DTC. You'll align brand priorities with seasonal trading moments, and drive sell-through and brand impact through strong governance and cross-functional collaboration.

In this role you'll lead seasonal planning, ensure product launches align with campaigns, and support markets with clear frameworks and guidance while building a high-performing trade marketing team.
