Global Commercial Strategy Lead, VAO

Lumanity is looking for an experienced Commercial Strategy Lead to shape and drive the commercial success of our VAO practice. You will lead across Market Access, HEOR, PCO, and RWE, shaping services, value propositions and GTM strategies to deliver sustainable growth.

In this high-impact role you will build sales enablement, drive pipeline visibility, coach a BD team, and partner with senior leaders to strengthen client relationships and proposal quality on a global scale.
