Arabelle Solutions is seeking a Commercial Operations Director for Region 2. You will lead a globally distributed team of Commercial Managers, drive early customer engagement, and shape bid strategy and negotiations across a diverse portfolio.

You will collaborate across Sales, Architecture, Engineering, Operations, Finance and Legal to ensure opportunities are well-structured, competitively positioned, and executable within approved budgets.
