Job Description
Ensure on time delivery of accurate and Month End Results with appropriate commentary across Client Reporting. Management of the Global Client Budgeting and Forecasting and Year End process with the regional finance teams. Create financial templates to review and bridge the consolidation of country level budgets/forecasts. Manage JLL contribution to Client's Quarterly Budgeting and Forecasting Process including future strategy modelling inclusions, Regional submission co-ordination and quality control reviews. Support Small Projects leadership team with financial input and management of annual pricing process. Maintain thorough understanding of client's accounting structure and associated systems and translating knowledge to ensure smooth and consistent flow of financial data. Drive performance against financial KPIs including Budget overspend, Financial Compliance and delivery of insights. In a finance commercial role for 5 years or greater with a proven track record of performance at a senior level Qualified Accountant Remote management of a geographically and culturally diverse team Ability to draw coherent input from a variety of functional units to compile concise financial information. Demonstrated experience with client reporting including preparation of straight forward executive summaries Capacity to deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively Analytical, proven ability to solve problems using an objective approach Proven ability to employ holistic approaches and look towards long term solutions Excellent planning & organizational skills to prioritize work and meet global and regional deadlines Team player and flexible, focused on the best outcome for all. Demonstrates ability to build and retain key stakeholder relationships - able to interact across all media, including face to face with external clients at regional and global levels Clear communicator for teams in region and global - presentation skills and possesses strong verbal & written communication skills; also an active listener Self-motivated and a positive "can-do" attitude.
