Global CISO: Security Strategy, Risk & Resilience Leader

Totara is seeking a Global Head of Security to set and execute the company's security strategy and roadmap. You will lead our Security and IT teams across multiple regions and partner with Product and Engineering to embed security into everything we build.

You will strengthen privacy, risk management, and resilience, build trust through assurance and governance, and advise the Executive Leadership Team and Board on security matters. This role drives strategic transformation as Totara grows.
