Global Business Strategy & Growth Leader

NewMarket seeks a senior leader to shape the five-year SBU plan, lead the annual operating plan, and establish the global P&L. The role includes building the business case for capital investments, and guiding the SBU's M&A plan for growth and resilience.

You will act as R&D project portfolio leader, drive NPD stage gates, prepare BIP proposals, and steer IP strategy with R&D and legal. The position collaborates across IBP, BCP, HSES risk management, and supply security for sustained performance.
