Global Big Data Platform Support Engineer

Citi is seeking a Support Engineer to join a global team maintaining a large-scale data platform. You will monitor health, troubleshoot issues across Hadoop, Spark, and databases, and manage thousands of automated jobs daily to ensure continuous 24/7 operations.

You will collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams, drive automation, and focus on data quality and reliability. A degree in CS/IT and strong Linux/SQL skills are required.
