Global Benefits Strategy Lead

Stripes is seeking a Benefits Program Manager to shape the strategy, design, and execution of our global benefits. You'll own plan design, financial stewardship, vendor management, and communications to deliver competitive programs across our workforce.

You'll collaborate with People, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and HR Partners to optimize processes, budgets, and ROI, using Workday and our benefits platform to drive insights and reporting.
