Global Benefits Strategist & Compliance Lead

SonarSource is seeking a Global Benefits Manager to design, administer, and continuously improve our benefits programs across all global hubs. You will ensure offerings are competitive, compliant, and reflect diverse needs while managing vendor relationships and driving efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of global Benefits experience across AMER, APAC and EMEA, with strong compliance knowledge and excellent program management.
