Global Benefits Lead - Data-Driven & End-to-End Ownership

Kraken is seeking a hands-on Benefits Manager to own our global benefits program across multiple countries. You will partner with local People Ops, manage brokers and renewals, ensure compliance, and use data to shape offerings that attract and retain talent.

You'll drive end-to-end benefits improvements, scope new benefits in new markets, and maintain clean, secure vendor data and records. This role suits a proactive, analytical self-starter in a fast-growing tech environment.
