Ensure procedures are up to date and in place for all processes. Stay engaged on any compliance issues.

Work with teams to ensure all risks are mitigated.

Identify control gaps and ensure gaps are eliminated.

Work closely with the Airline Relationship Management and support with escalations. Support with any initiatives and projects.

Work closely with process improvement manager to ensure all potential improvements are captured and executed.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Five or more years of relevant experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services supported by the assigned area(s).
  • Understanding of applicable Federal and State laws and regulations.
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable products, programs, financial analysis and related documentation as applicable.
Location Expectations

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
