Global Affiliate Growth Leader

Avon, a global beauty company with 135 years of heritage, is seeking a Global Affiliate Lead to own and scale Avon's international affiliate and creator programme. You will drive growth, recruit a diverse creator network, and partner with platforms to accelerate revenue across markets.

You'll work cross-functionally with Digital Commerce, Paid Media, Brand, CRM, Social, and local markets to deliver measurable business impact and strengthen creator engagement on a global scale.
