Global Affiliate & Partnerships Strategy Lead

Dr. Martens plc is seeking an Integrated Channel Manager - Affiliates & Partnerships to lead a global, partnership-led acquisition strategy.

You will shape how affiliates and partnerships sit within the paid, organic and other integrated channels, guiding performance, governance and growth with a brand-led approach. You'll manage partner networks, deploy test-and-learn activity, align with Brand, Finance and Legal, and enable local markets within global frameworks.
