Gin Distillery Maintenance Manager: Lead Engineering & Reliability

Pernod Ricard is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our gin distilleries in London, with travel to Plymouth and other sites as required. You will lead engineering teams, implement a robust maintenance strategy, and collaborate on safety, asset reliability, and capital projects.

The role focuses on driving continuous improvement, coordinating shutdowns, and ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards while delivering value for the business.
