Der Sitz der Position ist Hamburg, wo Sie ein engagiertes Team operativ und strategisch, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vorstand und 38 Mitgliedsorganisationen, leiten. Together, we strengthen the international visibility of European films and talents. We are looking for an experienced, strategically minded Managing Director with strong leadership and networking skills and passion for European cinema. Based in Hamburg, you will lead EFP both operationally and strategically, in close collaboration with the EFP Board and 38 member organisations - supported by a committed team on site. Excellent command of German and English is required (C1 or C2 level).
