What you ll be doing:

• Managing inbound enquiries from German-speaking B2B clients.

• Supporting the wider sales team with account management and order administration.

• Liaising closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

• Attending trade shows and events to support client engagement and brand promotion.

• Building lasting relationships with key international accounts.

What we re looking for:

• Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• An analytical and customer-focused mindset not a hard-sell approach.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or account management is ideal (but not essential for graduates).

• Confident using MS Office and CRM systems.
