Lucion Ground Engineering is seeking a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer who enjoys being outdoors and learning by doing. You'll work on real UK projects, logging samples, supervising drilling rigs, and turning site data into engineering reports.

This is a hands-on role with structured training and mentoring to build core technical skills. You'll travel across the UK, collaborate with clients and colleagues, and develop practical experience in ground investigations.
