Geography Teacher (Long-Term Supply)
- Job Type: Temporary (May 2026 - February 2027)

We are seeking a dedicated Geography Teacher for a long-term supply role, commencing on 4th May 2026 and concluding in February 2027. This role involves planning and teaching Geography lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with a strong emphasis on classroom management and student engagement.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Geography lessons that meet curriculum standards for KS3 and KS4.
- Utilise a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and maximise student engagement.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and additional support as needed.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a conducive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff to enhance curriculum delivery and share best practices.
- Participate in departmental meetings and school training sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in teaching Geography at KS3 and KS4 levels.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to create and deliver engaging lesson plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
