About the Role

We are seeking a Generative AI Engineer to help enhance and optimize Microsoft 365 Copilot usage, build custom AI agents via Copilot Studio, and support users through training and documentation. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the latest AI technologies and drive continuous innovation for a forward-thinking client.

What You'll Do

• Guide users to effectively leverage M365 Copilot for increased productivity
• Develop and customize AI agents in Copilot Studio aligned with business needs
• Deliver user training sessions and create clear, practical documentation
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and implement AI solutions
• Keep up to date with AI and Copilot advancements to enhance system capabilities

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in AI technologies, with familiarity in Microsoft 365 preferred
• Strong skills in prompt engineering, problem-solving, and clear communication
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and integrating AI into business workflows
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a continuous learning mindset
