Job Description
 Overview 
 A truly unique opportunity has arisen for a GENERAL SALES MANAGER at a busy operation in the ARUNDEL area.
£60,000 OTE AND GREAT BASIC PLUS CAR, FUEL SCHEME AND BENEFITS, PLUS NO SUNDAYS
Responsibilities- Drive the performance of the new and used sales operations and act as top on site.
 - Lead stock management and financial analysis.
 - Inspire and motivate those around you to achieve better results and deliver high standards of customer satisfaction.
 - Ensure high standards of site presentation and attention to detail.
 - Work with the Divisional Director to support business plans and growth targets.
 
- Solid background in a similar role; experience in either prestige or volume markets.
 - Proven leadership skills with the energy, drive and ambition to meet expansion plans.
 - Ability to manage and analyse stock and financial performance.
 
£60,000 OTE and career progression in line with expansion plans; car, fuel scheme and other benefits; no Sundays.
