Job Description

Job title: General Practitioner
Location: CGH Partnership
Salary: Up to £112,500 depending on experience
Hours: 4 to 7 sessions per week

Main duties of the job

As a General Practitioner at Operose Health, you will deliver high quality clinical care to registered patients across a variety of settings including in person, video, and telephone consultations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing clinical consultations, medication reviews, and prescription signing in line with the total triage model.
  • Completing correspondence, safeguarding duties, and medical report preparation.
  • Participating in clinical governance, quality improvement projects and audits such as QOF, CQC, and QOF related standards.
  • Attending surgery meetings, on call duties (excluding out of hours) and contributing to the development and review of the surgery action plan.
  • Collaborating with the Practice Manager, site clinical leads and practice team to support list growth, patient satisfaction, resource management and performance targets.

Ideal Candidate
  • Current GMC registration and NHS performers list entry.
  • GP accreditation (MRCGP or equivalent).
  • Commitment to high quality, patient focused care.
  • Knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES, CQUINs and appropriate coding.
  • Familiarity with clinical systems such as SystmOne or EMISweb is desirable.
