Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Practice Manager to lead the day to day operations of our friendly rural practice.

We are a forward-thinking, patient-centred GP practice committed to delivering high quality primary care to our community.With a supportive clinical and administrative team, we pride ourselves on innovation, excellent patient experience and a collaborative working culture.

This is a pivotal role requiring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent organisational skills. You will work closely with the GP partner to ensure the smooth running of services and the continued development of the practice.

Main duties of the job

Oversee daily operations

Lead, support and develop the team

Manage HR processes

Oversee financial management

Ensure compliance with CQC standards, NHS contractual requirements and relevant legislation

Manage IT systems

Drive quality improvement

Liaise with external stakeholders
