General Operative/Van Driver

The Best Connection is recruiting for Warehouse & Dispatch Operative to join a growing client at their site based in Aintree. This is a hands on role combining warehouse duties with van driving responsibilities. You will play a key part in ensuring online orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing online customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Preparing parcels ready for dispatch
• Loading and unloading stock and parcels
• Driving a company van to the distribution centre
• Unloading parcels at the distribution centre
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised stores area

What We're Looking For

• A valid UK driving licence (essential)
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
• Able to work weekends on a rota basis (any 5 out of 7 days)
• A positive attitude and team-player mindset

What's on Offer

• Full-time hours (40 hours per week)
• Any 5 out of 7 days (weekend work required)
• Varied role with both warehouse and driving duties
