General Operative

We are currently recruiting for a General Operative to join a busy and growing food production facility in Naas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the food industry, with real opportunities for progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Working across both high-risk and low-risk production areas
• Assisting with food preparation, packing, and labelling
• Ensuring all hygiene and food safety standards are maintained at all times
• Following company procedures and health & safety guidelines
• Supporting team members to meet daily production targets

Requirements

• Previous experience in a food production environment is an advantage but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good understanding of hygiene and safety practices
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Flexibility to work across different production areas

Working Hours

• Primary shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm
• Flexibility required to move to an evening shift (2:30pm - 11:00pm) later in the year if needed
