General Operative

We are currently recruiting a General Operative on behalf of our client based in Tipperary. This is a hands on role suited to someone reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day to day operations on site
• Loading and unloading materials
• Operating basic machinery and tools (training provided if required)
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Supporting team members and supervisors as needed
• Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role (construction, warehouse, or production) is an advantage
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Good level of English
• Manual handling experience (or willingness to complete training)
• Own transport is an advantage
