Job Title: General Operative ( Full Time)

Shift Pattern: 12 hour shifts, flexible rota

Role Overview: As a General Operative at Bryans Salads, you will be involved in the processing and packing of fresh produce in a fast paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring that products meet our high standards of quality and are ready for distribution. This is a physical and demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well within a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing and packing salads and other produce according to set standards
• Ensuring all products are packed efficiently and accurately
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Adhering to comprador regulations at all times?
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets
• Assisting in other tasks as required within the processing and packing facility

Skills and Experience

• No prior experience necessary; full training will be provided
• Ability to work in a fast paced, physically demanding environment
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
• Good communication skills and نە work as part of a team
• Flexibility to work 12 hour shifts on a rotating basis
