General Manager, Rhyl

We're looking for a General Manager for a community pub with carvery in Rhyl. Salary up to £45k plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

About the pub

The Sun Verge is a community pub located in the heart of Rhyl, offering great views of the Welsh coast. During summer, it attracts tourists and day-trippers, generating over £50k weekly, with a 60/40 wet-to-food split and a 7-day carvery. In colder months, sales average around £20k, serving locals, dog walkers, theatre-goers, and hotel guests. The pub features a large car park and three outdoor areas with potential for further sales growth. Management accommodation is available.
