General Manager: People-First Hospitality Leader

Nando's Group in Manchester is looking for a General Manager to lead the restaurant, shape culture and drive performance day to day.

You will manage a busy team, deliver PERi-PERi hospitality to guests, develop your people into future managers, and work to targets and KPIs while maintaining brand standards and customer obsession.
