Role OverviewWe're looking for a friendly Team Member to join our beautiful site. You'll be looking after our guests and making sure they have a great experience throughout their time with us. We'll teach you all about our amazing freshly made food and delicious range of drinks, and if you want to progress we can help you pursue a career in management by developing your skills and knowledge even further.
Key Responsibilities- Looking after guests and ensuring a great experience throughout their time with us.
- Learning about and presenting our freshly made food and drinks.
- Assisting with service and, as you develop, supporting career progression in management.
- Previous experience as a bartender, waiter, waitress or barista in a premium branded restaurant, bar, pub or hotel is a plus.
- Friendly, outgoing and eager to learn.
- Commitment to delivering excellent guest service.
£13 per hour plus amazing uncapped tronc.

Package includes membership of an independently managed tronc arrangement through which service charge is allocated outside of and in addition to your basic pay from your employment.
