Our client, a well-established multi-franchise Dealer Group, is seeking a dynamic and driven General Manager / Head of Business to lead one of their thriving dealerships in Lincolnshire.

Candidate Profile

We're looking for a high-performing automotive professional with a proven track record in leadership. You may already be operating as a General Manager or Head of Business, or perhaps you're a top-tier Sales Manager ready to take the next step. Either way, you'll need to demonstrate:

• Strong commercial acumen with a history of delivering consistent profitability

• Leadership experience able to inspire, motivate, and manage a high-performing team

• Process-driven mindset ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

• A hands-on approach, willing to engage at every level and lead by example
