• Leading and supporting the continued growth of the business.
• Identifying and developing new commercial opportunities.
• Working with teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

• Significant experience in a senior operational, commercial, or general management role.
• Experience working within SMEs, owner-managed businesses, or growth-stage organisations.
• A proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands on execution.
• Commercially aware, with a track record of delivering business growth and operational improvement.
• Comfortable working across multiple areas of a business and adapting to changing priorities.
• Experience leading, developing and mentoring teams.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills.
• Practical, proactive and solutions focused, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed.
