General Manager, Food & Events at Premier Garden Venue

Chartwells Independent invites applications for a General Manager to lead catering, events and hospitality at RHS Garden Wisley, Wisley, Surrey. You will report to the Venue Director and manage a large front-of-house team with several Operations Managers, ensuring smooth operation of food, beverage and events services.

You will drive service excellence, manage labour, costs and forecasting, and identify opportunities to maximise revenue while maintaining exceptional visitor experiences.
