Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a General Manager role in a Restaurant Group based in London. The restaurant chain has grown throughout the United Kingdom and is regarded as one of the finest restaurant brands.

The group is now looking for a Chinese speaking experienced Restaurant Manager.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience supervising or aiding in the supervision of restaurant employees.
  • Proficiency in Chinese.
  • Local experience in the hospitality industry.
  • A track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Friendly and efficient service approach with an emphasis on precision.
  • Well organized and friendly management style, with the ability to prioritise and delegate effectively.
  • A passion for all things eating and drinking.
  • Ability to interact with internal and external partners, providing excellent customer service.
  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability and desire to multitask.
  • Adaptability and willingness to investigate priorities.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Capability to carry out obligations effectively and efficiently with little supervision or guidance.
