Overview

We are looking for a passionate and driven General Manager (Patrao) to lead our restaurant, treating it as your own business, and fostering a great culture.

Responsibilities

• Make key decisions and create a great culture within the restaurant.
• Work towards targets and KPIs as a proven leader.
• Drive sales in a multi channel environment.
• Develop and grow your team to create managers of the future.

• Leadership experience from a customer focused environment.
• Strong customer obsessed mindset and desire to deliver perfection.
• Comfortable with an ever changing, fast paced environment.
• Proven track record of driving sales in a multi channel environment.
