Job Description
Leaf HOSPITALITY is seeking a commercially minded and people-focused General Manager to lead one of our hotels.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this is an opportunity for a hotel leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, driving standards, and delivering exceptional guest experiences while improving overall business performance.
About YouWe're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Previous senior hotel leadership experience as a General Manager, Hotel Manager or Operations Manager within a quality hotel environment.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience driving revenue growth and business performance.
- Significant Food & Beverage, banqueting and Spa experience.
- Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
- A track record of developing, coaching and retaining high-performing teams.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety and compliance requirements.
- The ability to build strong relationships with owners, colleagues, guests and the local community.
- A hands on leadership style with a passion for hospitality and service excellence.
- Lead the overall operation and performance of the hotel.
- Inspire, coach and develop the senior leadership team.
- Drive commercial performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards.
- Ensure robust financial controls, forecasting and business planning.
- Lead regular business reviews and performance meetings.
- Oversee major events and key operational activities.
- Act as an ambassador for the hotel within the local market and community.
