We're looking for an ambitious and results driven General Manager to spearhead one of our sites in London. This pivotal role requires a dynamic leader who can innovate, drive business forward, and ensure exceptional service for discerning guests.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage financial resources to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Develop and implement innovative pricing and sales strategies to grow revenue.
• Ensure seamless operation of the restaurant maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness and efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining safe environment.
