General Manager

I'm currently recruiting for a General Manager to lead both operational and commercial performance at our client's Cork facility. With a strong focus on service excellence across healthcare, hospitality, Cleanroom, ICs, and Pest Control sectors, you'll be at the centre of driving innovation, efficiency, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop cross-functional teams across production, distribution, and customer service
• Champion a proactive Health & Safety culture, ensuring full compliance at all times
• Drive performance through KPIs, continuous improvement initiatives, and strong leadership
• Play a key role in shaping and delivering strategic business objectives
• Take ownership of site budgets, P&L, and operational planning
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional service standards
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulations
